1. Click ‘Forgotten your password?’ on the log in page

2. Type the email address you registered with and click ‘Request password reset’

3. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password. It will be valid for 60 minutes after you request it.

Please note: Your password must contain at least 8 characters and 2 of the following:

• An uppercase letter
• A lowercase letter
• A number or a special symbol
  
  

4. Enter your email address and a new password, then click ‘Reset Password’.
